SUBSCRIPTION COACHING $100/monthly (available after initial program)
Your coaching program will be customized to complement your health goals, personality, and schedule. The first and second sessions will evaluate your complete health inventory and vision of optimal health. Those two sessions will set the foundation for the success of your long-term and short-term goals. We will document your health vision and review your values (your “why” that directly supports your positive change). Next, we will develop a realistic and motivating plan to reach your health goals. It is exciting and life-changing! The program includes:

After completing the custom program, clients have the option to subscribe to my monthly coaching program. The program includes:
A monthly strategic health coaching session with a 1:1 FFL class.

Colleen works with HR departments to align their goals with a custom program for their employees. A sample program includes the following deliverables:
Food for Life classes and 1:1 coaching for employees. Set up and maintenance of a personal employee health tracking app and effective resources.
After the initial month, employees have the option to opt in for monthly workshops and/or coaching.
Each personalized program focuses on assisting employees in taking action to realize their optimal health goals. Colleen guides employees through creating a health plan for themselves, taking action, and following through on accomplishing the objective. Colleen engages the employees throughout the process by teaching, providing challenges, and supporting them while holding them accountable for meeting their goals.
